This Privacy Policy has been prepared on the basis of and within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (especially Articles 9, 16, 17, 18 and 19) in connection with Recommendation No. R (99) 5 of the Committee of Ministers of the Member States on protection of privacy on the Internet.
The Privacy Policy regulates the manner in which the Codeit Solution / Controller collects, processes and uses the data collected by you during your visit to the website www.codeit.mk (hereinafter: "website").
We would like to inform you that by the very act of accessing the website, you confirm that you have read them, fully and undoubtedly understood them and agree with all the terms of the Privacy Policy.
1. Personal data that we collect

2. How we collect personal data
When registering on the website your data is collected directly from you, by submitting the data directly or automatically via the "Cookies" tool if you have agreed to it (Please read the User Policy on cookie Cookie Policy).

Certain personal data are kept in accordance with the time limits prescribed by law or with the internal acts of the Controller and only for the time required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
6. Your rights regarding your personal data
In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, as a subject whose personal data are processed, you have the right to:
- to be informed about the manner of processing the personal data and whether the personal data are used in accordance with the purpose for which they are given;
- request that the data be supplemented, amended and / or updated if the personal data is incomplete, incorrect, or not updated. This is done by submitting a request, which is followed within 15 days and the personal data is corrected;
- to seek to limit the processing of personal data by appropriately indicating which personal data will be kept;
- to request to erase all of your personal data, whereby the obligation to carry out the deletion is 30 days from the day of submission of the deletion request, under the conditions provided for in the Personal Data Protection Act;
- to object to the way your personal data is processed.

7. Transfer of personal data to other countries
We do not transfer personal data to third countries.
8. Use of personal data provided to third parties
Personal data may be submitted only to the competent authorities, as well as to third parties-processors, with authorization given by the Controller and under conditions and to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act.
9. Change of the Controller privacy policy
The Privacy Policy may be amended at any time by simultaneously posting the amended text of the Privacy Policy on our website, stating the date of the change. Changes to the Privacy Policy shall take effect immediately upon their publication. Periodically review the Privacy Policy for possible changes. By continuing to access and using the website itself, you agree to the changes and accept its provisions.
